99.9% Uptime Commitment

5G Proxy commits to a 99.9% network availability across all Dedicated and Shared Residential networks. If monthly uptime drops below 99.5%, clients are automatically credited 10% of their monthly invoice.

Support Response Times

Enterprise users receive a maximum response time of 2 hours for critical routing failures. Standard users are placed in a 24-hour response queue.
